Message from our President and Vice President

Dear Members,

December is upon us, the sun is shining, the temperature is warm, people in shorts and sweats crowd the boardwalk, appreciating every day as the real winter may suddenly appear. So far, so good. Every day that is delightful is one that winter cannot reclaim.

Moderate conditions do not prevent those in need from want, so be as generous as possible for others. Thanksgiving and Christmas are not the only days they’re hungry or cold. Rejoice and celebrate the season with those important to you.

As for New Years resolutions, I never liked them. What happens if you die on a diet?

Thanks to Pat Rafter for providing the prizes on NFL night and his support all year. Also to Alane Mahoney and Steve and Lina Negrey for a great wine tasting evening. Upcoming events at the Club: Fri. night entertainment, Christmas Party, Children’s Breakfast with Santa, New Years Eve Dinner and Dancing and Danny Walsh New Years Day.
